Join the City of Hopewell on Sunday, December 7th for a magical evening kicking off the holiday season with Light Up the Night!
The Christmas parade begins at 4pm from Cavalier Square and ends at City Hall and the Ashford Civic Plaza. The grand illumination and downtown festival will begin immediately following the parade and activities throughout downtown go until 8pm!
Come enjoy FREE photos with Santa in the library along with writing letters to Santa with ARLS, ornament making with Lamb Center for Arts and Healing, a petting zoo, trackless train, inflatable snowboarding, food vendors, music performances from Hopewell City Public Schools students, and more!
We are excited to partner with the Appomattox Regional Library System and The Hopewell Downtown Partnership to kick off the holidays and spread cheer around the community!
